Authentic hummus

Components:

About 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup raw tahini

Who cook as needed

2 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Salt to taste

Juice of medium lemon

Olive oil

100 g ground beef

50 grams pine nuts

2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Salt and pepper

Cucumber in vinegar and pepper Shivka – Yavne

Olive oil for decoration

Preparation:

· Clean the chickpeas thoroughly, rinse and simmer for 24 hours.

· Cook the chickpeas until boiling and add the soda to the drink.

Drain the chickpeas and store the cooking water.

· Place the cooked chickpeas into a food processor with the raw tahini and grind until the mixture is uniform.

If the intervention seems too thick for you, you can add a little of the cooking water, just in case we kept it.

Add the garlic, cumin and salt to the mixture.

Squeeze lemon juice and add it gradually (to taste).

Now we will move our hummus into a bowl, wrap it in plastic wrap and let’s continue preparing the dish.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meat.

Add the pine nuts, parsley, salt and pepper

Place the chickpeas in a serving dish and overlay the meat mixture. Decorated in olive oil –

Chop a little parsley and serve.
